Traveling To Germany

There is a phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words". This means that you can understand better when looking at a picture than reading a thousand words. So, in this way, I am going to write about photo essay about a week that I want to have in the future.

My theme of the essay is "Traveling to Germany". The photos are "doing a bungee jump", "going to the Allianz Arena", "visiting the island of Rügen", going to a music festival", visiting to Fischland", "eating sausages", and "visiting the postdam bridge".

"Picture of a bungee jump"
The first picture is "doing a bungee jump". Doing a bungee jump has been a long time dream of mine. I think that a bungee jump would be a very exciting feeling. I could feel cold wind passing my face. And I could taste the cool deep taste and hear the wind whistling past my ears. I would feel the tension and feel the shivers up my spine. I would see the ground getting closer and closer to me and it would be an exciting experience.

"Picture of the Allianz arena"
The second picture is the Allianz Arena. Which is the home stadium of my favorite soccer team FC Bayern Munchen. If I was there, I would hear the shouts of the supporters, feel the excitement through my body,  see the players fighting, and smell the fireworks which burst when the match starts.

"The island of Rügen"
The third picture is "visiting the island of Rügen". The picture shows a castle with a bridge that crosses the white sand of the sea. I could smell salty sea water from this picture, and also feel the soft sand under my feet and see the beautiful coastline and the castle collaborating together. I think that it would be great to be in such a wonderful place. I will definitely visit there in the future.

"Going to a music festival"
The fourth picture is a music festival. Since I have a deep interest in music, I would never leave music out of my future week. If I went to a music festival in Germany, I would be likely to hear loud music beating in my ears and people shouting out the lyrics. I would see the lights flashing in the ceiling and people jumping up and down. I would feel the excitement in the air. I think that it would be a precious experience.

"Picture of Fischland"
The fifth picture is a picture of Fischland. As in the picture, there is nothing but sand, sea and trees. If I was in there I would have felt the cool sea air splashing through my face, and smell the cool salty waves in my nose. I could see the stretch of water and trees. I would be fun to visit if you go with friends.

"Sausages"
The sixth picture is sausages. If you think of Germany you can easily think of sausages. I could smell it roasting and the sound of it sizzling. I would see the delicious sausages turning up and down. It would be paradise. I could taste the wonderful taste of sausages also.

"Visiting the postdam bridge"
The last photo is the postdam bridge. It is a bridge which I personally think is one of the most beautiful bridges in the world. If I was there, I could see the river flowing rapidly under me, and also hear it. I think it would be cool to walk the bridge listening to music. I could even smell the air of the river and the cities surrounding me.

So this is the photo essay of a week that I want to have in the future. The theme was "Traveling to Germany". I really think that it would be a amazing week if I do all the things shown here. I exceptionally want to visit to the Allianz Arena and the island of Rügen. I hope you like my post! What do you want to do in your future week?  Leave a comment bellow!

Watched a movie last week called Mao’s Last Dancer. Mao’s Last Dancer is a Australian movie made in 2009. It was based on a true story.

Li Cunxin, the main character, was sent to the Chinese ballet school when he was young. At first, he was a very bad student, but after he saw the video of a renowned ballerino, he got inspired and did better and better at ballet. His effort on ballet wasn’t overlooked by the teachers, and he was selected to go to America for ballet school. But in America, Li became a star, after performing a ballet show and he changed his mind of going back to China. He married a girl named Liz and continued ballet in America. He later went to China after Mao passed away and met his family and his teacher Chang.

This movie gave many things to talk about. First, Li’s father said the story about a frog in the well and told Li to go to America and see a bigger world. I think he said the right thing. If you just stay in your country or city, you will never see the bigger world. I think it is important to experience more things. The second point is Li’s decision to stay in America. Some say that his decision was selfish. He married Liz without discussions with his teacher. I think he should have talked to his teacher and figured out a better way of staying in America. Lastly, I want to talk about Li being inspired by Teacher Chang. Teacher Chang gave Li a video before he left. The video was about a famous ballerino, and Li got his passion of ballet from it. Afterward, he worked hard and became the best in his school. I think it is important to be inspired from someone or something. If you get passion on something, it makes the energy to keep moving forward. For me, I could say that my video was the book "cosmos". From reading it, I got my dream of being a cosmologist.

I think it was a good movie overall. It had a interesting plot, characters and gave me many things to talk about. I think it is worth two hours of your time. I recommend you to watch this movie

If I were to rate this movie, I would give four out of five.
